Returns & Exchanges:
If you change your mind, you may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund or replacement when available.
